Kids at Play

Image
Kids and playing are two inseparable "thing". Parents of young kids would agree. And it is always a joy seeing my little cubs enjoy what they love doing . Play for me comes in any form, be it physical or mental. One does not have to be all sweaty to say that they've played but getting dirty, stinky and tired once in a while is okay. Sabi nga, sige sa mantsa. They may get bruised or bumps but what matters is they have learned and enjoyed the process. Here are my boys in some of their smartest and wackiest form of play this month: Craft Time with Wicked Craft at Mom Pop Up Event Doctor Lachica at Kevin's Playhouse, Market!Market! Carousel and Motorbike Fun at SM Bicutan Super Toti, a night before his 1st Periodic Exam

I owe you so many tales but had been busy for the last few weeks aside from the fact that the very pregnant me has no nanny yet for my two boys. Indeed my Lachica and Barquia family are my angels . I'm here to share the 2nd installment of our Fun Familia 2013 escapade at the Manila Ocean Park. Please let the photos speak for itself, the Oceanarium served as the main attraction back when we first visited in 2011. Today, it is still as lively as it is with all the colorful tropical fishes and other marine life such as corals and sea anemones. Its sheer size and diversity makes it one of the world's best public aquariums. The Oceanarium is a stunning walkthrough of the watery depths featuring seven sections and containing 8,000 cubic meters of seawater. The water source for the Oceanarium is...

"Ta To or Ti?"

Image
If you have noticed or if you haven't, our family's nom de guerre all starts with the letter "T". I think fate played on us when Toto met Tata, and so to make things more fun, we decided to call our first born "Tato", "Ta" from Tata and "-to" from Toto. When Toti came we did a little tweaking by adding "-ti" pero cute pa din naman. I remember one of our beautiful Ninang candidly suggested that we should stop giving nicknames to are kids starting with the letter "T", paano daw pag-naubos na ang mga letra and we'll end up with a baby nicknamed "Titi". It was well meant and taken, hopefully we will not arrived at that scenario :) So now that we have our third baby coming I am starting to think of a nickname, would the baby be a "Ta", a "To" or a "Ti"? In a few months we will know and so I would just have to continue on choosing baby names :) In the meantime, I just would li...
